• Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $200.

• For orders under $200, it is a flat rate of $10.60 for standard shipping.

• Orders can take between 3-7 days to arrive, depending on your location.

• Mngo Skn Swimwear is not responsible for delays or missing parcels caused by Australia Post mail service or a wrong address added when your order was placed.

SHIPPING INFO - 

We are constantly making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. We currently ship Monday-Friday. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will then be shipped 1-3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number and details.

Please note:

• If your order was placed on a Friday or a weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday.

• If your order was placed on a Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

• We do not ship on weekends, so please take this into account if you require your order before a specific date. 

In periods of high demand we can experience a high influx of orders. We do our best to get everyones orders out on time, but please be mindful if there is a delay in your order. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 

For the rest of the world, we do offer discounted international shipping rates. This is based on the weight of your parcel. All international deliveries can take up to 20 days to be delivered once it has departed Australia, so please keep this in mind.

IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL INFORMATION - 

Taxes and Duty: Import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of each customer and are subject to each country's tax laws. Mngo Skn Swimwear is not responsible for any international taxes and duties.

If you refuse to pay import taxes or duties your parcel will be shipped back to us. The customer will be responsible for the costs involved in the return shipping process.

Your local postal service will attempt to deliver your parcel once. If the first attempt fails, orders will remain at your local postal point for a maximum of 15 days, so we recommend that you pick up the package as soon as possible.

RETURNS -

Change of mind? Wrong size? Thats okay, we're here to help!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges if your item is returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you received it, with the hygiene sticker still on the bottoms. If received at our warehouse in a used or damaged condition, your order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once we have received your returns and they have been approved, we will email you a gift card for the total value of your purchase. You can use this online to repurchase your correct size or colour preference.

Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received, your refund for the total amount of items purchased will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

The cost of the postage you paid to receive your items will not be refunded.
